Worship and Music at Grace and Peace is at the heart of our gathering as a community in Christ. Our Service is designed to proclaim God's word of Grace, Forgiveness, and Hope in a way that shapes our lives. We celebrate with a rich, lively, and historic liturgy that includes strong singing, diverse music, and prayers for those near and far.
We are a family friendly congregation. Small children are welcome into worship and our service includes a children's message. We also offer quiet bags filled with activities to bring into worship. Nursery service is available for children five years and younger and parents may leave their children with our nursery staff if they desire.
We offer Holy Communion at every service and we welcome all who believe to receive communion. Children and those who have not yet received communion instruction are invited to receive a blessing.
We share our God-given talents for music, loudly.
In a vibrant and diverse congregation such as ours, Grace and Peace is blessed with many talented and dedicated music leaders. This creates a great opportunity for those of any age to become involved in the church through music. Our repertoire ranges from traditional liturgical to gospel and contemporary. Singing is an integral part of our worship service. Performances by our choir, solos by individual members, and frequent guest appearances by gifted Evansville musicians make the experience of music at Grace and Peace a joy.
